Meet the Team
Cynthia Love-Williams, Founder
Cynthia brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a nurse with over 36 years of experience. For 30 years, she has worked in academia at the associate, baccalaureate, and graduate levels; her journey has been marked with a commitment to excellence in preparing future registered professional nurses. Cynthia holds a doctorate in nursing education and leadership and currently teaches at a university's graduate nursing program specializing in leadership, quality improvement, and interprofessional education. Her deep connection to healthcare extends beyond the classroom as she serves as a per diem hospital supervisor, integrating real-world experiences into her teaching approach.
Cynthia is passionate about health and healing and pursues ongoing education in health and wellness, spirituality, and empowerment. Outside academia, she cherishes time with her spouse, four grown children, and beloved dog, Scooby.
Laura Love, Founder
Laura has dedicated over 20 years to the nursing field, specializing in stroke care in the hospital setting. She is a master’s prepared nurse, and her extensive experience encompasses direct patient care and nursing and community education. While recognizing the profound impact of stroke on patients and their families, Laura is deeply passionate about educating others on stroke prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles. Laura’s commitment to holistic well-being has driven her to explore and incorporate various modalities, including meditation, yoga, nutrition, and goal setting, to improve the body, mind, and spirit.
Beyond her professional achievements, Laura is a mother of two boys and lives with her family in Tennessee. She delights in spending quality time with family and friends, walking her dogs, yoga, crafting, reading, and traveling.
Gwendolyn Williams, Designer
Gwendolyn is the earliest member of our growing team. Currently pursuing her studies in user experience design and marketing at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Gwendolyn brings experience in digital marketing and web development as well as a passion for helping others transform their ideas into reality.
Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, she thrives as a collegiate varsity soccer player, finding joy in the competitive spirit of the game. An avid hiker and a talented artist, Gwendolyn embraces creativity both on and off the field, constantly exploring new avenues to express herself and connect with others.
